We actively encourage our customers both old and new to embrace social media such as Twitter, Facebook and Blogs as part of their total online marketing plan. For social media to work for your business it must:
- be kept up to date,
- be relevant to you business / message,
- have some either real or perceived value to the audience,
- so you keep people coming back.
Social media will fail to achieve the results for you if you don’t follow these rules. In addition you must know who your target audience / audiences are and target them appropriately. Rather than a one size fits all approach, perhaps have multiple versions each targeted to either a vertical or horizontal section of your market.
