Terms, Cancellation and Refund Policy


Individual Bookings

Full payment is required prior to confirmation of booking.

Divine Branding will, wherever possible accommodate changes to your booking to allow you to attend at an alternative date and location. We regret that we are not able to refund the seminar fee if you cancel within 7 days of the seminar.

Divine Branding will refund the full seminar fee less an admin fee of $25 plus GST if you cancel more than 7 days before the event, however you may nominate another person to attend the seminar in your place.

If Divine Branding has to cancel a seminar or change a seminar’s location to another venue in the same town, we will to inform you of the change. If we cancel the seminar, the paid registration fee will either be fully refunded or you may choose to attend another seminar at another location / date.

Group Bookings
A non refundable deposit of 20% of the presenters’ fees will be required at time of booking.

Customised seminar and workshop charges will be separately quoted and will be payable prior to the seminar or Workshop.

All final payments are strictly 14 days, unless prior negotiation has taken place, in writing.
